RSS have been providing safety support for a number of years at various types of events, giving us a broad experience of working in a range of environments.

We have considerable experience in open water swimming support, both in mass swim and in individual long-distance events.

We have supported individuals swimming the length of Scottish Lochs, frequently Loch Lomond and Loch Ness, both for personal achievement and for recognition by the BLDSA.

We also provide film support; safety boat, personnel transport and camera platform.

Our Boats

We use Humber Ribs

• 5.5m – This is our main swim support boat and is fitted with a cuddy to provide shelter for support crew.
• 6.3m – Fitted with 4 individual seats and with ample, uncluttered floor space.

Both boats are fitted with necessary safety equipment and RSS is fully insured.
